This painting carries more social commentary than typically is found in most of my work. It’s the story of large CAFO farming properties and the responding growth of smaller free range organic farms. I see this in the region in which I live. Small agriculture is being initiated to help mitigate the consequence to animal and human by the economically driven philosophy of the larger farms.
