I’m passionate about texture. Layers of Venetian plaster help create a sculptural-like piece. Layers are often reshaped with a sander or dremel tool. These pieces are fresh, more modern and a fun diversion.
The collage paper pieces are integrated with oils/acrylics and plaster and are newer to my portfolio. The style is painterly focusing on texture and movement.
I strive to feel an emotion from my work. My pieces reflect what I want to see or sometimes need to see. I enjoy experimenting, challenging myself and keeping things fresh.
