Welcome to Edgewood Orchard Galleries!
Known since 1969 for our exhibitions exploring ideas in a wide range of media, Edgewood Orchard Galleries has become one of the Midwest’s most respected art galleries.
Housed in a restored fruit barn built in 1918, the gallery presents monthly changing feature shows, along with general exhibits of work by over 150 artists. Paintings, sculpture, glass, clay, wood and jewelry are all represented.
The serene setting features a bricked courtyard, arbor and glassed portico with bistro tables and chairs. A tranquil sculpture garden guides visitors through the woods and gardens surrounding the gallery.
Thank you for your interest in Edgewood Orchard Galleries and the wonderful artists we represent. We hope to see you in person sometime soon in Fish Creek. Visit us 10 am – 5 pm daily, May through October.

Recognized by many Edgewood supporters as an annual rite of spring, the new gallery calendar looks beautiful and will be going out today to arrive in mailboxes across the country early next week. If you would like one, please email us your name and address and we will be happy to send one your way. If you can’t wait to see it, all of the new artwork included in the calendar is now posted on this website.
My work derives from memory, passage of time and the mystery that can hide in the everyday. Reverence mixed with speculation and imagination is what I draw from when creating my work.Read More…
As always, the origin of my work comes from imagination which I then use to create a good compositional landscape, still life, etc. It is not so much the subject, but how we paint it that really matters.Read More…

Each new season at Edgewood begins with the completion and mailing out of our annual gallery calendar. The calendar is filled with the new artwork that will bring the gallery back to life in May, and allows a first glimpse of what our artists have been working on all winter for the upcoming season. All of the work in the calendar is for sale, and the information about the calendar pieces can be found in this new section of the gallery website. Enjoy!

We are proud to open our 50th season with a group show celebrating the beauty of water. With the waters of Lake Michigan and Green Bay surrounding Door County and many smaller lakes and streams emptying into the scenic bays and harbors that line the peninsula, the beauty of water is all around us. This group show will raise awareness and funds for a new initiative called Celebrate Water Door County.
Our exhibit will be part of the year-long and county-wide celebration of water which will include musical performances, art exhibits, documentaries, discussions and ideas to keep our most valuable resource healthy for years to come. For more information visit CelebrateWaterDoorCounty.org or call (920) 421-2002.
Saturday, May 5, 10am-5pm: Opening Day “Cinco de Mayo” Celebration. Please join us to celebrate the start to the gallery season with chips, salsa, guacamole and cold cervezas!
Saturday, May 5, 10am-3pm: Sue Steckart Jarosh Book Signing. We are so proud of J.R.’s mom, Sue, for publishing her new book, Range Lights Rascal, the second in a series of children’s books featuring historic Door County landmarks. Sue will be at the gallery signing books during our opening day celebration.
In addition to the Celebrate Water group show, the work of Nathan Hatch, George Shipperley and Michelle Zjala Winter will be featured during Exhibit I.

While we often ship artwork from Fish Creek to all over the U.S.A. and recently as far as Norway and Australia, sometimes a road trip is the best way to get it there!
