Welcome to Edgewood Orchard Galleries!
Known since 1969 for our exhibitions exploring ideas in a wide range of media, Edgewood Orchard Galleries has become one of the Midwest’s most respected art galleries.
Housed in a restored fruit barn built in 1918, the gallery presents monthly changing feature shows, along with general exhibits of work by over 150 artists. Paintings, sculpture, glass, clay, wood and jewelry are all represented.
The serene setting features a bricked courtyard, arbor and glassed portico with bistro tables and chairs. A tranquil sculpture garden guides visitors through the woods and gardens surrounding the gallery.
Thank you for your interest in Edgewood Orchard Galleries and the wonderful artists we represent. We hope to see you in person sometime soon in Fish Creek. Visit us 10 am – 5 pm daily, May through October.

Recognized by many Edgewood supporters as an annual rite of spring, the new gallery calendar looks beautiful and will be going out today to arrive in mailboxes across the country early next week. If you would like one, please email us your name and address and we will be happy to send one your way. If you can’t wait to see it, all of the new artwork included in the calendar is now posted on this website.

After several years of planning, a completely new and much more user-friendly Edgewood Orchard Galleries website is now up and running. Special thanks to web designer Chris Jarosh for his creative ideas and impressive programming skills, and to Alyson Hilander for carefully uploading many new images. Enjoy the new website!

My pulse quickens when I imagine the Barbizon School painters of the 19th century trekking southeast from Paris to make paintings of the Forest of Fontainebleau. I picture the forest with an articulated perimeter. Like the ocean – another imposing natural wonder – you exist either within it, or outside of it. My point of view in the “Close to the Forest” paintings is from the outside.Read More…
The trip for this exhibit turned into one not about location or destination but rather one about a reawakening of my love of color. The oil paintings themselves are about the new color combinations I found on this journey. I hope by sharing these paintings the viewers can feel the joy I found on this trip.Read More…
I have always loved to draw and paint. Living in the Wisconsin countryside is a constant inspiration to me. It seems everywhere I look I see a painting – sunrises on Lake Michigan, golden hay bales scattered in a farm field, popcorn clouds dancing in a cerulean blue sky. Color and pattern are an important aspect of my work. I try to create on the canvas the energy and connection to nature I feel as I paint.Read More…

All of the work in the calendar is for sale, and the information about the calendar pieces can be found in this new section of the gallery website. Enjoy!
